2. Service Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments for our services can be made through our online platform or by contacting us directly. We request that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for our services is available upon request (or listed on our platform) and will be confirmed at the time of booking. All payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment, which will be specified at the time of transaction.

4. Vehicle Condition

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is free of personal belongings and valuables prior to service. While we exercise the utmost care, Pinnacle Detailing Solutions is not liable for any lost or damaged items left within the vehicle. Customers should inform our team of any pre-existing damage to the vehicle prior to the service commencing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pinnacle Detailing Solutions strives to provide the highest quality detailing services. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage, or for damage that is not attributable to our negligence. Our liability for any damage caused during the service, if proven to be a result of our negligence, will be limited to the cost of the detailing service provided.

6. Customer Conduct

We expect respectful conduct from our customers towards our staff and property. Any abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service.

7. Amendments to Terms

Pinnacle Detailing Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
